INDIVIDUAL THERAPY FOR ADULTS
Whether you're facing an unexpected life change, battling ongoing mental illness, or simply desiring a safe place to process, we see it as a true privilege to walk alongside you in counseling. We will work together to set goals that address your concerns using evidence-based treatments, and track progress along the way.
PLAY THERAPY FOR CHILDREN 3+
Until age 12, our emotional and cognitive development far outpace our verbal development. We experience anger, joy, sadness, frustration, jealousy, and countless other emotions long before we are able to describe these experiences in words. Although children do not verbalize complicated feelings as adults do, they still process these feelings. They just do it in a different language – play! In Play Therapy, children are provided with specific toys and materials that allow them to process in a developmentally appropriate way.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY FOR ADOLESCENTS
Teens in our culture face tremendous challenges, and as a result have an increased need for emotional and mental health support. We truly enjoy supporting adolescents in this phase of life as they discover who they are, learn to navigate friendships and relationships in a healthy way, and create a vision of who they aspire to be. At times, teens can be resistant to coming to counseling. We have found however, that once they feel safe they are grateful to have a place to open up.
PARENT COACHING
Parenting is the most important job many of us will ever have, but it can also be the most difficult. Among the moments of pride and joy, there can be even more moments of exasperation, confusion, and defeat. As therapists, it is one of our greatest passions to come alongside parents as they create a family culture where children can thrive. Through strengthening parent-child relationships, providing a structure for discipline, and educating parents about developmental stages, we will provide the support you need to bring renewal to your home.

CHILD-PARENT RELATIONSHIP THERAPY (CPRT ) GROUP
Restore peace to your home and discover the joy of parenting again.
WHAT IS CPRT?
CPRT is an effective and evidence-based treatment equipping parents to support children ages 3-8 years old with a variety of behavioral, emotional, social, and/or attachment concerns. The goal of CPRT is to strengthen the parent-child bond in order to reduce child behavior problems and stress within the relationship.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
In CPRT, parents are taught specific skills to enhance a secure attachment and respond to their child's underlying needs, thereby reducing problem behaviors. Parents apply learned skills at home in structured play sessions with their child, and receive feedback and further skill building weekly in a supportive group environment.
